Local Governments

Local governments are leading in energy efficiency, achieving utility savings and enhancing building management. SPEER’s Local Governments Program supports these efforts by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and providing education and technical assistance to help governments manage their utility data and reporting. For those interested in connecting with Texas local governments or universities, SPEER offers two engagement pathways:
