This report is a summary of field observations of insulation products exposed to flood waters resulting from Hurricane Harvey that delivered catastrophic rainfall to the Houston metropolitan area from August 17 to September 2, 2017. The report was created to bring awareness to the issue of how insulation products are affected by flooding and is not a comprehensive scientific study of this issue
