This Summit is shaping up to be an event you won’t want to miss with participants working collaboratively  to identify, develop, and prioritize policies and strategies needed to push energy efficiency forward in Texas and Oklahoma. The focus of this First Annual Summit will be the working group sessions (descriptions here) focused on new buildings, existing buildings, and resource adequacy.

The Summit opens on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 9:30am, with keynote speaker Ed Mazria, Founder and CEO of Architecture 2030. The first day of the Summit will also include a panel discussion with city leaders from Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Austin. At the conclusion of day one, there will be a hosted networking reception, sponsored by Dow Chemical, from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. The second day of the Summit kicks off at 8:30am with Pat Wood, former chairman of FERC, and former Chair of the PUC of Texas as the keynote speaker at 8:45am. A light breakfast and lunch for both days are included in the registration fee.
