SPEER Welcomes New Executive Director

We’re excited to announce SPEER has a new Executive Director, Todd McAlister! He will be replacing Chris Herbert as she transitions into retirement. Prior to joining us, Todd was the Executive Director of the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors Association (TACCA) from 2000 to 2019 and will be instrumental in the development and support of new programs, new funding opportunities and SPEER membership growth and involvement.
