Docket No. 41722 – PETITION TO APPROVE REVISIONS TO RESIDENTIAL DEEMED SAVINGS TO INCORPORATE WINTER PEAK DEMAND IMPACTS AND UPDATE CERTAIN EXISTING DEEMED SAVINGS VALUES

NOTICE OF PETITION

P.U.C. Docket No. 41722

On August 1, 2013, AEP Texas Central Company, AEP Texas North Company, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, El Paso Electric Company, Entergy Texas, Inc., Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, Sharyland Utilities, L.P., Southwestern Electric Power Company, Southwestern Public Service Company, and Texas-New Mexico Power Company (“Joint Petitioners”) filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“Commission” or “P.U.C.”) a Petition, pursuant to P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.181(i)(4), to approve revisions to residential deemed savings to incorporate winter peak demand impacts and update certain existing deemed savings values.  A complete copy of the Petition can be found at http://interchange.puc.state.tx.us/WebApp/Interchange/application/dbapps/filings/pgSearch_Results.asp?TXT_CNTR_NO=41722&TXT_ITEM_NO=1.

Pursuant to Order No. 2 issued in P.U.C. Docket No. 41722, Joint Petitioners must provide notice via e-mail to all retail electric providers, interested persons and entities on the Energy Efficiency Implementation Project list-serve, and  Project Sponsors participating in related electric utility programs.

Persons who wish to intervene in or comment upon these proceedings should notify the Commission as soon as possible, as an intervention deadline of September 12, 2013 has been ordered.  A request to intervene or request for further information should be mailed to the Public Utility Commission of Texas, P.O.
