DOE Webinar on Deep Energy Retrofits tomorrow

Part of SPEER’s mission is to push beyond low-hanging fruit efficiency measures and toward deep energy retrofits. DOE will have a webinar on this topic, targeted to public sector entities, tomorrow at 1pm CDT.

Register here.

More on the webinar from DOE:

“This webinar will present information to help public sector organizations better understand the process of deep energy retrofits and the application of deep retrofit projects from a state’s perspective. The presentation will provide a brief overview on work being done in this area, considerations for project selection, and the economic factors associated with deep retrofits. Using real-world examples, some of the pitfalls and key items to consider will be presented in a practical manner that will help program managers and others effectively determine when and how to incorporate deep retrofits as effective components of an energy efficiency program.”

See more information about upcoming events on SPEER’s calendar page.
