Energy Code Ambassador Program – Now recruiting

SPEER operates the largest Energy Code Ambassador Program in the country! Ambassadors are trained on the latest energy codes and can provide related resources, training, advice, and real-world solutions for their local area contractors and code officials with a simple call or email. Through this local support for energy code adoption and compliance, the program encourages direct interaction with trained and experienced code and building professionals. SPEER is expanding participation in this program to include builders, raters, or third-party inspectors interested in participating.  We are always recruiting building professionals to expand our reach throughout areas of Texas and Oklahoma. All applicants must be ICC certified in energy codes and willing to volunteer 3-5 hours per month for peer-to-peer training and consultation. If you are interested in becoming an Energy Code Ambassador please reach out to us!

Additional details about the program are available on our ambassador page. We hope you’ll join us and become part of the select group of experienced code officials, raters, and builders who provide support and guidance to a network of peers.
