Public Utility Commission of Texas gives Stakeholders and Opportunity to provide input on the Scope of Work for the EM&V RFP

On Tuesday, October 9, 2012 – Katie Rich, Director, Infrastructure Policy Section sent the following message to those on the EEIP list.

Thanks again for your participation in the recent rulemaking (Project No. 39674). As required by §25.181(q)(3) of the adopted the rule, the commission must select an EM&V contractor. As discussed throughout the rulemaking process, I wanted to give stakeholders an opportunity to provide input on the Scope of Work that will be included in the request for proposals (RFP) that will be issued this fall. Please review the attached Scope of Work and send me any comments you may have by Tuesday, October 16.
