Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is an innovative program that provides low-cost, long-term financing for water and energy conservation improvements to commercial and industrial properties. New legislation (SB385) now allows counties and municipalities to enact resolutions enabling PACE programs across the state.

This introductory webinar is the first in a three-part series focused on familiarizing municipal and county officials with the economic development and water and energy conservation potential of PACE financing, what is required to establish municipal, county and regional PACE programs, and a first look at the tools being developed to support the roll out of local programs. Please join us for this initial webinar as we kick off PACE in Texas.
